Condition and Valuation Survey
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the undersigned Marine Surveyor did on 30 July, 2018, at the
request of Mr. Mark Voiland, and for the account of the Washington State Department of
Transportation Ferries Division (client), inspect the captioned twin screw diesel electric
powered, steel passenger ferry while the subject vessel was lying afloat at the docks of the
WSDOT Maintenance Facility, in Eagle Harbor Washington in order to ascertain its
general condition and valuation.
